Terms and conditions

The person making the booking will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions

on behalf of all persons who will be attending treatments here at the centre.

​

You will be contacted via email or text (FRESHA APP.) to confirm your appointment, therefore

make sure when booking you check your email and mobile number regularly.

​

Cancellation or rescheduling MUST be done 24 hours before you appointment time,

or full fee is payable, including "No Shows".

In the event of a Public holiday, Sunday and Monday, you need to cancel or reschedule

the day before.

Our opening hours are Tuesday to Saturdays 8am - 4pm.

with Pre-paid appointments and vouchers, if you can only book on specific days and times, 

please ensure you book well in advanced of your expiry date, as we do not want to disappoint as we are unable to give extensions or refunds.
 

When you are reminded (by text) 24 hours prior of your appointment,

For " No shows " your appointment will be lost, Sorry No Refunds.
