Booking Terms and Conditions / Vouchers
Please understand all bookings are made subject to the following terms and conditions and the person making the booking or purchasing a voucher will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons who will be attending treatments or classes here at the centre.
Booking terms and conditions are as follows;
Any rescheduling or cancellations must be done prior to 24 hours of appointment time or a
fee of 50% of treatment is payable.
Cancellations within 3 hours of appointments or No Shows will incur a full fee of consultation.
Any prepaid treatments will be lost for that appointment.
Monday Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled by Saturday
Sunday we are closed.
Float therapy appointments
All float sessions are to be prepaid.
2 month expiry.
Once passes are purchased, please book well in advance, especially those with selective
days and times due to work commitments.
Float sessions can be quite busy, due to being heavily discounted.
We do not want to disappoint as we do not give extensions or refunds for
expired passes and vouchers.
It is your responsibility and you should consider this before purchasing a float session.
Any rescheduling must be done prior to 48 hours of appointment.
For No shows prepaid treatments will be lost for that appointment.

24 hours prior of your appointments we send out an SMS reminder to your mobile.
This is not a cancellation or rescheduling opportunity it is just a reminder.

As we do not trade on Sundays and public holidays please add extra days notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
For any vouchers purchased for any service, please understand you are responsible in using voucher
before expiry date. Vouchers are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable.
Please read terms and conditions and be aware of expiry dates before purchasing vouchers.
Here at BODY WELLNESS CENTRE we understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients across all appointments, therefore NO exceptions and NO refunds will be made.
This is the only way to be fair for other clients who need to make their appointments at the centre.
So please take responsibility of your appointment and vouchers.
