Booking Terms and Conditions / Vouchers
Please understand all bookings are made subject to the following terms and conditions and the person making the booking or purchasing a voucher will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons who will be attending treatments or classes here at the centre.
Booking terms and conditions are as follows;
Appointments
Any rescheduling or cancellations must be done prior to 24 hours of appointment time or
100% of treatment fee is payable.
No Shows will incur a full fee of consultation.
Any prepaid treatments will be lost for that appointment.
Tuesday Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled by Saturday
Sunday and Mondays we are closed.
Public holidays not included.
Note:
24 hours prior of your appointments we send out an SMS reminder to your mobile.
This is not a cancellation or rescheduling opportunity it is just a reminder.

As we do not trade on Sundays and Mondays and public holidays please add extra days notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
Pre-Paid Consultations
Sorry, no vouchers for Myotherapy and Remedial massage consultations.
But you are able to purchase a Pre-paid consultation for another person.
Strictly must be used within 3 months of purchase date.
Pre-paid purchases cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable.
Please note pre-paid consultations are not vouchers.
Vouchers
For any vouchers purchased for any service, please understand you are responsible in using voucher
before expiry date. Vouchers are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable.
Please read terms and conditions and be aware of expiry dates before purchasing vouchers.
Here at BODY WELLNESS CENTRE we understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients across all appointments, therefore NO exceptions and NO refunds will be made.
This is the only way to be fair for other clients who need to make their appointments at the centre.
So please take responsibility of your appointments, pre-paid purchases and vouchers.
